Job Description

Role Responsibilities

  • Support the PCM of Cash, Clearing and Collections in delivering the BOW pertaining to this domain covering Regulatory and Non-Regulatory projects across multiple functions and product segments.
  • Actively participate in identifying the detailed requirements from the initiator/requestor and impacted ops and Biz streams along with the timelines for delivery.
  • Work closely with the Business Solutions/Scrum team in Chennai and propose suitable solutions for the requirement considering the timelines of delivery, related process changes and obtain high level cost for implementation.
  • Document the high level scope with inputs from Ops, product, branches, etc., solution, current process and end state model with costs and present to PCM cash, clearing and collections.
  • Track and update the relevant BOW s with the status of the requirement finalization, scope and cost details.
  • Participate in Cash, Clearing and Collections related PWC (Project Working Committee) meetings for critical projects and note any SME actions and drive towards closure.
  • Support programme deliverables in terms of testing preparation, execution and completion working with project team, business and technology across various locations.
  • Involve in User story walkthrough and ensure that traceability matrix is completed for each project.
  • Coordinate with GTM during SIT and ensure that scope is E2E covered from system integration test perspective.
  • Attend actively SIT calls and provide regular updates to project on progress, issues and risks.
  • Coordinate with business users and ensure that relevant business users have completed and signed off UAT test pack prior to UAT kick off
  • As a testing lead, support PCM Cash, Clearing and Collections in driving UAT from start until UAT sign off has been obtained.

  • Schedule and run daily UAT status progress calls and publish updates to all stakeholders on the progress.
  • Track daily UAT issues and drive them to closure or an agreement during the project cycle.
  • Work with the concerned PM s to draw an UVT plan with the tech teams and the country Ops and Biz users.
  • Be available for UVT and coordinate the testing and sign off.
  • Submit weekly updates to the PCM Cash, Clearing and Collections.

Our Ideal Candidate

  • Graduation or Post Graduation qualified, ideally Technology background
  • 5-6+ Yrs experience in testing coordination and business analysis skills, preferably with sound knowledge of SCB cash, clearing and collection systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required,
  • Ability to create effective work relationships across business, technology & borders
  • Focused, organised and results-oriented
  • Good presentation skills and strong Excel skills.
  • Proactive and positive with the ability to make good/sound independent decisions.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Able to take ownership of issues/tasks and apply PCM best practices and drive them to closure.
  • Strong technical knowledge
  • Good experience in Microservices, API, ISO20022, SWIFT messages, Payments domain.
