Cognizant is looking for a dynamic Team Leader from End-End AR Calling background with DME experience (Durable Medical Equipment)

Experience: Minimum 7 Yrs - 10 yrs

Level: Team Leader

Location: Bangalore

Shift: US Shifts

Mode: Work from Office (Transportation will be provided)

Requirement:

• 7 yrs - 10 years of experience into Healthcare AR Calling background
• Minimum 2+ years of TL experience on Paper specifically into AR - Durable Medical equipment (DME)
• Excellent communication Skills
• All education & employment documents and Govt.ID proofs are mandatory
• Good Attitude and Stability

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Team/People management, Client Management including Escalations and day-to-day deliverables like scheduling, production planning, and quality assurance
• Coordinate and manage relationships by building a successful interface between the process team and internal/external customers
• Lead the operations team and ensure high quality of day-to-day service deliverables
• Participate in Customer review / governance meetings to discuss on Service performance, project issues and improvement opportunities
• Possess skills and knowledge on Information Security practices.
• Manage attrition and absenteeism and support recruitment efforts for the team
