Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities - FasTag: Grounds up build of FasTag as a product to be hosted in BFLs digital assets like Consumer App & Website. To productize and create a MVP for FasTag Issuance. To build a strategy on FasTag acquiring as well. To work closely with COE & Technology team during the build phase. Once Product is ready create a GTM plan Deliver identified targets towards FasTag issuance. Gift Card Grounds up build of Gift Card as a product. Gift Card MVP will be open loop powered by one of the identified Network partner llike Visa or MasterCard. Two broader type of Gift Card needs to be delivered i.e a) Occasion based Gift Card like Birthday wedding etc and b) Co-branded Gift card with large partners/ To work closely with COE & Technology team during the build phase. Once Product is ready create a GTM plan Deliver identified targets towards Gift Card issuance.
* Major Challenges - Business escalations cause by technology glitch or difficulties Dependency on external vendors & tech teams for day to day activities like data upload banner upload etc
* Key Decisions / Dimensions - DECISIONS (Key decisions taken by job holder at his/her end) Prioritization of work Trade Offs with external & internal stakeholders for getting projects or campaign delivered within time 7. DIMENSIONS (Key numerical data which will reflect the scope and scale of activities concerning this job) Financial Dimensions (These should be quantifiable numerical amounts) Our Goal will be to become Top 5 Payments company in India on both Issuance and Acquiring side. Hence financial goals will be quite large. Year on year target & budget will be created each FY as part of Annual Operating Plan , * a) Qualifications MBA from a reputed institute with a minimum 4 years of experience Work Experience Overall experience of min 7 years Prior experience of 4 to 5 years in Payment space is must Preferred experience in PPI space The ability to work with fuzzy and unstructured data problem statements Solid understanding of Fastag, Gift Cards product and business side and P&L management Should have excellent communication & analytical skills along with strong presentation and data analytics skills The ability to work with multiple cross functional stakeholders Should have handled digital market budgets at scale Ability to juggle priorities and thrive in an exceptionally fast paced environment
