Desired Candidate Profile

• 14-24 years of experience in Full Stack development with expertise in experience in integration or web application and/ or full stack development
• Managed 20+ Software engineers
  
• Bachelor's degree in Any Specialization (B.Tech/B.E.).
  
• Proven track record of leading large-scale projects with complex architecture designs.
  
• Strong understanding of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins/Maven/Nexus.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions on time.
  
• Develop and maintain technical roadmaps for multiple projects simultaneously.
  
• Ensure effective communication among team members through regular meetings and feedback sessions.
  
• Identify areas for improvement in processes and implement changes to increase efficiency.Job Location - Pune
