Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain ITSM solutions using ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and implement changes using configuration management tools.
• Develop architectural designs for complex IT services, ensuring scalability, security, and reliability.
• Provide technical guidance on architecture best practices to junior team members.

Job Requirements :

• 7-12 years of experience in IT Services & Consulting industry with expertise in ITOM (IT Operations Management).
• Strong understanding of architecting principles and ability to apply them in real-world scenarios.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow platform including configuration management features such as change management, incident management, problem management etc.
