Within Performance & Advisory we have multiple towers, collaborating as needed in order to achieve shared outcomes and shared success-P&A Portfolio & Account Performance -P&A Forecasting & Planning -P&A Payroll and Cost Capability -P&A RDC P&A Forecasting & Planning tower is jointly accountable for the forward-looking view into the health of Accenture's business driving the submission of internal quarterly forecasts and annual plans, and continuously monitoring business portfolio performance indicators to advise leadership and manage landing position expectations. The advisory component of the job is key in order to originate value for Accenture. The Forecasting & Planning Associate Manager will belong to the Global and Market Cross Market team, which is responsible for Forecasting & Planning, closely collaborating with the Globa and Market F&P teams, the professionals of the other P&A towers and the local and global Finance community. The role requires working alongside and reporting directly to the Market Forecasting & Planning lead and to the Planning & Forecasting global lead. At the core, the scope of the tower requires active participation in the planning and forecasting process with key areas of responsibility including-Annual financial plan and quarterly forecast submissions that are reasonable, accurate, and aligned with Accenture ambitions, business aspirations and strategic goals -Upside & risk assessment to forward looking projections -Scenario planning and use of predictive analysis and stress tests -Stakeholder management including early warnings to leadership when a forecast goes off track; recommendation of corrective actions What are we looking for? Strong business acumen and strong understanding of the economics that drive our business with working knowledge of Accenture's operating and economic models

Minimal travel may be required Roles and Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities include the following
Collaborate extensively with the Global and EMEA Market Units F&P team, driving standardization, orchestrating processes and deliverables, developing best practices across the Market. Provide financial or technical guidance to the team as necessary
Make/propose improvements to deliverables collaborating with peers in the other Markets and on the global F&P team to develop standard best practice methodologies and operationalize within the Market Units
Serve as escalation point for any Market Unit related issues and coordination of Market Unit level deliverables regarding annual planning and quarterly projection as needed
Provide leverage to F&P leadership team including CFO and Deputy as required
Help to supervise and foster the development of Market Units F&P leads; provide a centralized support network encouraging collaboration
Ensure business runners receive the appropriate information to manage their areas of responsibility; promote the usage of standardized reports and actively identify where gaps in reporting analytics may exist
Leverage and build relationships within and outside of FBM including CFM, Services, Sales & Pricing and Client Groups
Plan preparation and plan submission, inclusive of a clear understanding of the assumptions
Prepare Plan dashboard and outline key outcomes
Forecast preparation and forecast submission, inclusive of a clear understanding of the assumptions
Prepare forecast dashboard and outline key outcomes
Breakout of Organic and Inorganic revenue growth in plan and forecasts
Consolidate the full plan/forecast P&L, including NCC from Payroll and Cost Optimization
Prepare fall forward analysis/what if scenarios
Prepare top-down forecasts (leverage on Corporate Revenue Analytics and P&A-F&P standards)
Establish self as trusted source of business analytics with key stakeholders or key contributors
Provide early warnings when the plan/forecast goes off track. Alert the F&P Market lead of significant issues, working collaboratively with stakeholders to address the issues
Provide actionable intelligence and expertise to help achieve targets
Increase awareness of Corporate expectations
Drive Forecast Accuracy
Analyze actual trends combined with projected trends
Review pipeline of opportunities and backlog, provide insights on trends, and various pipeline/backlog key performance indicators and health metrics
Deep Dive of big deals & top clients
