Job Description

Qualitykiosk Technologies is hiring Engagement Manager /Program Manager / Customer Success Manager to manage large enterprise client relationships.

The engagement manager must possess excellent communication, thought leadership, and analytical skills to build and manage customer relationships effectively. Acting as a liaison

with clients and internal cross-functional teams is vital to plan, strategize, and exceed customer expectations and ensure seamless communication and service delivery.


Work Mode: Work from office ( M-F)

Location: Navi Mumbai


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage the project delivery process, including project planning, resource allocation, risk management, and budgeting.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, internal and external stakeholders effectively to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Provide regular project updates to customers and internal stakeholders, including status reports, risk assessments, and progress reports.
  • Manage and escalate project risks and issues to internal stakeholders and customers, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback, ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Identify new business opportunities and work with the sales team to generate new business.
  • Ensure governance and compliance with internal processes, procedures, and quality standards.

Requirements

  • BE + MBA (full time) from premium institutes is a mandate.
  • 3+ years of experience in project management and customer interfacing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to motivate cross-functional communication.
  • Attention to detail and strong documentation skills, with the ability to create and maintain project plans, proposals, and reports.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of customer needs, with the ability to identify new business opportunities.
