Job Description
Looking for a Dynamic and team-oriented RGM Analytics Project Manager-cum-BI Developer with 5 plus years of relevant experience in project management and developing Power BI dashboards in the RGM space
Responsible for independently managing complex client Revenue Growth Management initiatives consisting of one or multiple scrum teams.
Execute end to end client engagements.
Develop and maintain dashboards on Power BI.
Ensure regular client updates meetings, stakeholder management, team and project coordination, change management, any failure or risk analysis of the project, data sources, tracking execution success metrics is done effectively efficiently.

Revenue Growth Management Analytics
Candidate should:
- Have knowledge of Promo Analytics, Price Pack Architectures, Market Mix Modelling, or any other RGM workstream
- Understand the flow of an RGM PL
- Should have experience with Nielsen data, or any other panel dataset
Power BI
Develop, maintain, and enhance complex Power BI dashboards with technical mastery in:
- Data manipulation and parameterization using MQuery/M language in Power BI
- Writing custom functions in MQuery
- Pulling data in Power BI using APIs, SharePoint, SQL, DirectQuery connections
- Advanced DAX evaluations including creating complex measures using iterative functions, calculated tables, relationships using DAX, implementation of Field Parameters, Bookmarks, Tooltips, Drill Through features in Power BI
- Dataflows in Power BI
- Implementing dynamic row-level security
- Enhance and optimize existing code and its performance with the help of DAX Studio, Tabular Editor, Measure Killer, Performance Analyzer, and other such tools
- Understanding and application of how Dashboard subscription works on Power BI service
- Understanding and application of Paginated Report creation
Project Management/Scrum
- Excellent written, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to build, work and manage global and diverse teams
- Facilitate meetings (daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo and retrospective)
- Accountable for end-to-end project/program delivery from initiation to closure
- Accountable for dashboard development and maintenance on Power BI
- Ability to interact, coordinate and communicate with all levels of business leadership and operational teams
- Ability to lead diverse resources, define and execute training and development plans as per the requirements
- Responsible for handling Change Management, Knowledge Management, Risk Management, Quality Management processes as defined by Client
- Coordinate with the Product Owners to create project vision, define product backlog and perform release planning
