R Job Description

• Review best practices around cloud architectures.
• Designing enterprise security architecture including cloud security, container security, network security & Application security.
• Architecting infrastructure solutions using both Linux/Unix and Windows with specific recommendations on server, load balancing, HA/DR, & storage architectures.
• Server IaaS implementation, Availability sets, Azure Networking concepts, Express Route, DNS, Load Balancing, Storage. Migrating applications to Cloud using Tools like AppZero, ASR etc.
• Provide expertise and leadership regarding Cloud Architecture for both infrastructure and applications in Microsoft Azure and AWS.
• Demonstrate thought leadership in cloud computing across multiple streams.
• Develops technical road-maps for future Azure and AWS cloud implementations.
• Ensures security is integrated into all cloud architecture solutions.
• Acts as a subject-matter expert around Microsoft Azure.
• Automation/orchestration, including deployment in public cloud (AWS, Azure) environments.

Preferred Skills

• 10+ years' hands-on support of business-critical IT infrastructure that includes design/ admin/ implementation/ management. At least five of those years should be in cloud technologies.
• Architect level AWS, and Azure technical certifications. GCP certification will be added advantage.
• Baseline Security/Compliance understanding relative to Cloud technology
• Fluency with cloud-native application architectures (PaaS, microservices, containerization, serverless computing, API design patterns)
• Ability to develop automation scripts using PowerShell, Lambda or other similar vendor specific tools
• Should possess an innovative, problem-solving, and solutions-oriented mindset
• Must be self-motivated, responsive, professional and dedicated to client success
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
