Job Description
Key responsibilities
- Providing monthly, quarterly and adhoc MIS for the business unit and relevant projects and products
- Prepare reports for third parties, such as external auditors or shareholders, investors, etc
- Analyze revenues, costs and profits and systems to manage funds
- Compare historic and current financial activity and enable financial analysis using easy-to-use tools
- Prepare and analyze financial information in summarized form and integrate financial information from multiple sources
- Oversee the data sync and data updating on a daily/weekly/monthly basis
- Ensure accuracy of data in financial reports and satisfy client requirement from reporting perspective
- Coordinating with internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth flow of MIS reporting
- Resolve bottlenecks with reference to data capture and collation that the program team may face
- Prepare trend analysis for past and present financial data
- Publish financial reports on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis and keep the report data bank ready for requests received
Skill sets/ Technical Skill sets:
- Strong technical knowledge
- MS Excel (Advance level)
