Job Description
As a UI/UX Designer to shape intuitive interfaces and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Translate complex technical requirements into user-friendly designs that boost usability, functionality, and user satisfaction. We seek an experienced professional with a strong UI & UX background to join our user-centered design efforts, fostering collaboration across teams to deliver exceptional products.
Responsibilities:
User Research and Analysis:
- Perform user research to gain insights into user needs.
- Develop comprehensive information architecture and user/task flows. - Understanding Analytical data and requirements and convert it into the dashboard solutions.
- Analyze user feedback and data insights rigorously to guide design decisions effectively.
Concept Development:
- Develop concepts and design ideas that align with project goals and user requirements.
- Create sketches, wireframes, visual design and prototypes to visualize and iterate design concepts.
User Interface Design: -
- Design intuitive user interfaces (UI) for Analytical Dashboards that optimize user interactions and workflows.
- Ensure Standard & consistency in design language, grid system, design system, visual hierarchy, and interaction patterns.
Collaboration and Communication: -
- Work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align design solutions with technical feasibility and business objectives.
- Communicate design ideas with presentations, prototypes, and documentation.
Prototyping and Testing:
- Develop interactive prototypes to validate design concepts.
- Conduct Developed UI testing and give feedback to refine development iteratively.
Design Guidelines and Documentation:
- Establish and maintain design guidelines, standards, and best practices for Designs.
- Document design specifications and interaction patterns for reference and implementation.
Stay Updated on Industry Trends:
- Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX design and advocate for their integration into our design process.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in design/fine arts degree.
Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Illustrator, including Figma new updates (Suggest Auto layout, Components, Fig Jam, Figma slides, Dev Mode, etc.)
Knowledge of UX/UI design principles and interaction design.
Good to have knowledge of front-end development technologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication, Team collaboration, and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
The candidate should be capable of managing independent tasks/projects and a good team player.
Depending on the project requirements, the candidate should be able to travel between offices.
