Job Description

1. Lead Generation: Identify and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and field visits. Proactively prospect potential customers to expand the client base.

2. Customer Engagement: Engage with prospective customers through face-to-face meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations. Understand their needs, address inquiries, and position the company's products/services as valuable solutions.

3. Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed assigned sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue generation and market penetration.

4. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, fostering long-term partnerships. Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

5. Business Development: Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing customer accounts. Leverage customer references to generate additional leads and explore business expansion possibilities.

6. Territory Management: Effectively manage and prioritize leads, opportunities, and customer interactions within assigned territories. Continuously update and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.

7. Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors' activities, and market dynamics. Gather market insights and customer feedback to provide input on product/service enhancements and market positioning.

8. Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, customer support, and product development, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and effective customer service.

9. Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates. Provide timely and accurate information on sales activities, achievements, and challenges to the sales manager.

10. Continuous Learning: Stay abreast of product knowledge, industry developments, and sales techniques. Continuously enhance your skills through training and self-improvement initiatives.
