Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Source suppliers for various categories such as IT, Telecom, Hardware, Networking, Facility Management Services etc.
Conduct market research to identify potential vendors and negotiate contracts.
Manage vendor relationships through effective communication and performance monitoring.
Develop sourcing strategies to optimize costs and improve quality of services.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop RFx documents.

Desired Candidate Profile

3-8 years of experience in indirect procurement or related field (Sourcing Specialist).
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) or Master's degree (M.Tech) from a reputed institution.
Strong understanding of Global Sourcing principles and practices; knowledge of e-sourcing tools like Ariba, Coupa, Jaggaer etc. is an added advantage.
