Inviting applications for the role of Power Platform / SharePoint Developer, Insurance
In this role, you would be responsible for- Work with client organization to understand technical requirements to implement IT Solutions
- Speak the language of business users IT-speak and translate between the two realms
- Excellent coding and unit testing using pre-defined standards / practices in line with expected outcomes desired specific to the project / customer environment.
- Provide Tier 3 troubleshooting and support for production deployed apps when required.
- Define the structure of an application system within the constraints of the requirements, architecture, SDLC and deployment context. Follow the best practices for coding, commenting, and managing code.
- Identify feasibility issues while working close with UX experts and provide solutions to the targeted experience goals
- Document the activities and operational procedures
- Work with team members to achieve goals for the project.
Minimum qualifications
- BE/ B Tech/ MCA/M Tech
- At least 3 - 5 Years of Developer Experience on Power Apps, Power Automate and SharePoint Online / SharePoint 2016 / 2019 or later versions.
- Microsoft Certifications:
- SharePoint related certifications and PL-900 would be an added advantage Certification is not mandatory, and TMTPL can provide training for the same.
- Strong Specialty Insurance domain & IT knowledge
- MS PowerApps / Automate developer to deliver automation capabilities using low/no-code solutions and products.
- General understanding of Power Platform business value and product capabilities is required.
- Hands-on experience with Power Apps and Power Automate
- Design, develop, and support solutions within Power Platform using out-of-the box features and capabilities.
- Developing Canvas and Model-driven Power Apps.
- Developing all types of flows using Power Automate.
- Support new or existing application development using Microsoft Power Platform technologies.
- Implement business solutions with Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint Online
- Development experience in Microsoft 365 technologies including SharePoint Online and the Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI)
- SharePoint/Power Platform related certification
- Experience on JIRA/ Remedy tool
- Iterative / Agile / DevOps/ ITIL practices & tools
- Data Analysis & Data Migration experience
- Execution of Transformation, Integration & Automation Programs/ Projects
- Excellent verbal, written communication skills and Analytical reasoning ability.
- Troubleshooting abilities
- Ability to learn new emerging technologies.
