Monitor adoption rates and identify barriers to adoption sxuech as technical issues or UI-UX issues
Collect Feedback: On features delivered to further improve the product
Followup with stakeholders on the actionables assigned
Managing and Publishing MIS and trackers
Co-ordination with vendor to ensure requirements are closed such as inventory order and delivery
Regularly update details: Such as MCC Master, IFSC and Sol ID masters
Primary Skill Required :
Primary skill is application support. having experience of working of any compliance related application is good to have. They have internal application and Axis bank will give handholding
resolving user issues, some knowledge on any ticketing system, EOD and BOD knowledge
writing / speaking knowledge of any south indian language (Tamil, Malyalam, Kannada) is mandatory
ticket resolution / user query resolution
Look for resources who have worked on Compliance Application
