Job Description

• Support FOS on their queries / resolve the same
• Give 1-on-1 case specific / guidance to the FOS during the initial activation stages, as required
• Monitor adoption rates and identify barriers to adoption sxuech as technical issues or UI-UX issues
• Collect Feedback: On features delivered to further improve the product
• Followup with stakeholders on the actionables assigned
• Managing and Publishing MIS and trackers
• Co-ordination with vendor to ensure requirements are closed such as inventory order and delivery
• Regularly update details: Such as MCC Master, IFSC and Sol ID masters

Primary Skill Required :

• Primary skill is application support. having experience of working of any compliance related application is good to have. They have internal application and Axis bank will give handholding
• resolving user issues, some knowledge on any ticketing system, EOD and BOD knowledge
• writing / speaking knowledge of any south indian language (Tamil, Malyalam, Kannada) is mandatory
• ticket resolution / user query resolution
• Look for resources who have worked on Compliance Application
• : Need candidates who are proficent in any of the given language - Kannada
