Role: SAP FICO, CO-CEA Senior Consultant
Experience: 7 to 15 Years
Job Location: Hyderabad / Bangalore / Pune / Mumbai / Noida / Remote
Work Mode: Hybrid / Remote
Shift: Flexible to work in US Shifts (9:30 PM to 6:30 AM)
Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO, CO-CEA Senior Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in SAP Financials and Controlling, preferably in S/4HANA environments, to support implementation, rollout, and support projects. The ideal candidate should have deep configuration and functional knowledge across various FICO sub-modules and integration touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide functional support and configuration in SAP FICO modules:
- FI: New GL, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA)
- CO: Cost Element Accounting (CEA), Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Internal Orders (IO), Product Costing (PC), Profitability Analysis (COPA)
- Month-End Closing activities including Overhead Assessment and Settlement
- Expertise in S/4HANA Implementation / Support / Rollout Projects and experience with FIORI apps
- Strong understanding of Material Ledger, Treasury, and MBC integration (added advantage)
- Experience with LSMW, LTMC, LTMOM for data migration activities
- Provide resolution for FICO tickets, maintain SLAs, and ensure timely updates in ticketing tools (JIRA, ServiceNow, etc.)
- Analyze complex business processes, gather requirements, and propose appropriate system solutions
- Prepare functional specifications for enhancements and customizations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders across geographies
- Conduct Unit Testing, Integration Testing, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Participate in rollout and implementation projects, ensuring smooth cutover and go-live support
Required Skills:
- 715 years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO and CO-CEA
- Good exposure to S/4HANA innovations and Fiori-based UI
- Strong functional expertise in Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, COPA, Product Costing
- Knowledge of Material Ledger Activation across plants is an added advantage
- Solid experience in support projects and handling change requests / incident tickets
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and in collaboration with onsite-offshore teams
