Urgently require a Female Customer Service Executive at South Delhi for a Retail Company at their Corporate Office
Timings: 10 am - 6:30 pm
Working Days: Mon - Fri - Alternatively (i.e 2nd and 4th Saturday off)
Roles and Responsibilities:
Liaison with customers to explain Company's Product and services
Bulk Emailing for Business Development.
Follow the leads provided by the Digital Marketing Team.
Handling e-commerce website / Marketplaces order / dispatches.
Master Database creation and maintenance.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Candidate must be presentable.
Excellent Communication skills in Hindi; English.
Can Join Immediately.
Any graduate with expert convincing skills and knowledge of word, excel
Female candidates only.
