Job Description
Role: Billing Executive
Responsibilities:
- Managing billing invoice process, to review auto created invoices, edit where required and send.
- Preparing and changing Agreements with client, as per requirement.
- Handling invoices and Billing queries from Sales Team & Managers.
- Speak to customer to review and address their queries.
- Prepare reports on the status of credit and collection activities to minimise outstanding debt.
- Timely communication to Stake holders & internal management.
- Coordinating with Sales Team and Managers and completing task.
- Payment allocation to customer account.
- Ensure that unallocated cash is well explained.
- Follow up of rejected transactions.
- Preparing MIS Reports on weekly, monthly basis as per requirement
- Maintain and Prepare Documents the procedure
- Validating the completeness & accuracy of the scenarios.
- Reconciliation of files and invoices in excel and sending clients.
- Client Communication by both written and oral ways.
- Organizing and managing contract specifications and renewals, updating billing systems.
- Analyzed billing system reports to ensure 99% accuracy rating.
- To achieve monthly targeted goals by resolving recurring errors, disputes, and missed revenue
Qualifications: MBA Finance / CA Intern/CMA Inter
Experience: 1+ Years

- Self-Starter and Self-Motivated go-getter with the ability to work with utmost efficiency
