Major Job Responsibilities
Develop and implement the digitalization roadmap aligned with DC global strategy
Identify opportunities for process automation, data-driven decision making and enhance
productivity
Evaluate emerging technologies like Power Apps, RPA, AI/ML to improve operations.
Develop dashboards for real time analytics and business insights
Ensure data governance, security and compliance with industry standards
Maintenance of existing tools and Implementation of new digital tools
Develop and manage digital tools for enquiry tracking, sales monitoring and project reporting
Cross functional collaboration with Engineering, Sales and IT teams to understand and adhere
the business needs
Train and support end users on new tools and technologies
Knowledge / Specialization / Expertise
ERP/CRM integration: Experience with systems like CRM / SAP / Salesforce etc.
Integrated SharePoint with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI
Programming Language: R, Python, SQL
MS Office (Word/ Excel / PPT)
Comfortable with handling large data
Should have analytical skills
Intrapersonal skills to coordinate with global stakeholders
Behavioral Traits:
Curiosity for learning emerging technologies and continuous learning.
Strong work ethic and proactive attitude towards solving business challenges.

Qualifications

B.E. (Mechanical / Production) with Masters in Data Science / Business Analytics
Certifications: Power BI, Microsoft Power Platform, Data Analytics
(PMP/Agile/ Scrum optional)
Experience: 3-5 years in digital transformation, data analytics or process automation within engineering
