Job Description

We are seeking an HR Executive & Recruiter to handle recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, and compliance for Enlight Metals, a leading steel dealer.

Responsibilities:

Source, screen, and recruit candidates via job portals and referrals.
Manage onboarding, induction, and exit processes.
Maintain employee records, attendance, and payroll data.
Support employee engagement and HR administration tasks.

Qualifications & Skills:

MBA in HR (Mandatory)
0-5 years HR and recruitment experience.
Knowledge of payroll, taxation, and statutory compliances.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Work Schedule:

Monday to Saturday (Full-time, In-office)
