Job Title: Sr. Executive - Digital Campaign Specialist
Department: Digital Marketing
Reporting to: Manager, Digital Marketing
Job Role:
The Digital Campaign Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing online marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and engagement. This includes managing digital assets, conducting market and competitor research, and executing social media marketing efforts across multiple platforms. The role involves working closely with the team to create compelling content, ensure brand consistency, and meet business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, execute, and optimize the company's digital marketing strategies.
Conduct market, competitor, and social media research to inform campaign decisions.
Execute and manage social media marketing campaigns (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
Collaborate with creative teams to generate innovative content and designs.
Ensure campaigns are aligned with brand guidelines and meet high-quality standards.
Manage multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets.
Perform SEO activities (on-page and off-page) to improve search rankings.
Utilize platforms such as Google AdWords, Meta, and Hootsuite for campaign execution.
Qualifications:
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree (any stream), with a focus on Digital Marketing preferred.
2-4 years of experience in digital campaign management.
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of social media KPIs and digital marketing tools.
Excellent project management, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Proactive and resourceful with a self-starter attitude.
