Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Durgapur for an Assistant General Manager (AGM), Mechanical Maintenance at Jai Balaji Industries Limited. The responsibility of the AGM includes overseeing and managing the mechanical maintenance activities within the plant. The AGM will be required to develop and implement maintenance schedules, ensure the smooth functioning of all mechanical equipment, and coordinate with other departments to minimize downtime. The role also involves monitoring equipment performance, troubleshooting issues, performing preventive maintenance, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Qualifications Experience in mechanical maintenance, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting Skills in team management, leadership, and project management Knowledge of safety standards and compliance regulations Technical proficiency in mechanical systems and equipment Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills Ability to work independently and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment Previous experience in the steel industry or heavy manufacturing sector is a plus,
