Experience in Software development for highly secure web applications in the field of Healthcare, being built on the .net platform.

The candidate should have knowledge and practical development skills relating to the following topics:

ASP.Net, C#, Microsoft SQL Server, AJAX, JavaScript, Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), Extended Markup Language (XML). Key Skills Software developer software engineer ASP.Net C# SQL Server CSS Java ScriptXML.

Key Job Responsibilities

Good Communication Skills MIS & Reporting, Project Management, Collaboration

Applications & Tools

• Good knowledge of Database Structures and should be able to do scripting for better

services delivery

• Good Communication & Teaching Skills for managing End User Training and preparation

of Training Documents

• Track the incidents to a conclusion in line with SLAs and quality standards
• Manage critical business users incidents, associated with customer communication, activities

and any appropriate escalations

• Provide information about incidents analysis and KPIs
• Build knowledge and train new members on the implementation and support front
• Build services relationship with customers and conduct service reviews for key customers.

Review performance reports, service improvements, service quality and processes

• Provide management and performance reports. Senior leaders must guide new joiners or

existing members to manage and deliver their KRA

• Medical / Clinical background preferred specifically for the HIS

Role

Drive internal technology adoption across operations, support and delivery through the identification

and integration of best-of-breed solutions in an agile manner.

Strategize, implement and manage a portfolio of applications required for the above.
