Job Description
AffinityX is looking for someone who can help us take reporting and analytics to the next level in our Pune operations, and at the same time drive efficiency across the whole of operations, by partnering with our internal development team and our Manila operations research and analytics team to create more automated, more timely, and less time-consuming reporting so that we can focus more on the analysis and actions out of the data on a daily and weekly basis.
This role requires someone who is collaborative since it will require a close working relationship with multiple teams to understand their requirements for report automation. It also requires someone who is detail-oriented, fact-driven, who is passionate about continuous improvement for our teams and clients, and who is resourceful and creative in producing solutions for better scalability and profitability within cost parameters.
Job Summary:
Responsible for detailed analysis, creation of operations reporting, dashboards, macros, automation of reports and the work necessary to feed data into our reporting tools, and help to visualize that data in ways that allow managers to take action on a daily basis.
Role & responsibilities
Automation of as much as possible of operations reporting and metrics.
Strong skills in measuring KPI and team productivity reports
Creation of management-level dashboards for key metrics
Provide accurate data analysis and reporting to support production operations.
Manage operational or special projects assigned for business improvement and process
efficiency.
Coordination with on/offshore personnel, counterparts, and different departments to ensure
alignment.
Produce analysis relating to contract review, pricing review, billing, and performance evaluation
data and reports as needed.
Excellent excel skills and Google sheets, including the ability to work with Google Data Studio
