Govern and Review safety metrics from time to time
Core Purpose of the Role : Support Syngene discovery services application (ELN , LIMS , compound management )
Role Accountabilities:
Understand the informatics needs of R&D Labs and provide support of informatics Applications.
Coordinate between scientists and vendor for any solution development.
Implement new solutions/applications and provide support for existing scientific applications running at Syngene.
Facilitates computer system validation and ensures that scientific applications are always in validated state.
L2-L3 level R&D Labs and provide support of informatics Applications
Business SPOC and ensuring health and performance of R&D applications.
Lead the new informatics project as a part of digitalization drives.
Ensure data security and compliance pertaining to R&D application.

1. Experience: Demonstrated track record in delivering scientific solutions preferably in a pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry. R&D Pharma industry experience 4-5 years desired.
2. Education: Post Graduate in Science (MS) with 8-9 years of IT experience or M.C.A /BE with 8 -9 years of experience in Drug Discovery domain
Skills and Capabilities
Candidate should have good understanding Chemistry and biology pharma R&D lab.
Candidate should have implementation experience of Electronic Lab notebooks (ELN) preferably Perkin Elmer , Cloud based ELN.
Candidate should have Knowledge of Building custom templates and workflows in PerkinElmer ELN desired.
Candidate with XML & C# sharp scripting Knowledge preferred.
Candidate should be familiar with Computer system validation life Cycle.
Familiarity with Chromatographic Data System and Analytical instruments software preferred.
The successful candidate will provide hands on support for laboratory applications.
