Project Manager Position: Project Manager Description: 1:) Set Project Goals with client and consultants 2:) Attend Key Meetings and ensure timely response of Level 2 and 3 as to client requirements. 3:) Green Building Documentation Review of documents submitted by client, Follow up/ escalations, Credit Documentation, problem solving as to meet credit requirements, Train and guide Level 2 and 3. 4:) Keep track of Project Timeline and Overall Documentation submissions. 5:) Quality check documentation, reports and analysis carried out by Level 2 and 3. 6:) Advance Level Analysis. Qualification: 1:) Retain LEED AP / GRIHA Trainer. 2:) Accredited Project Manager Course
