You will be a part of laboratory professionals, and you will get the opportunity to wear many hats in this role, with exposure to various aspects of the product development process including Research, Regulatory, Quality and Process. Smart and knowledgeable in skin care & cosmetic manufacturing and formulation research and development, formulation of personal care, Skincare, Cream, Shampoo, Hair Oil, Conditioner, Face Wash, Body Wash, Body Lotion and Foot Care Etc. Person Must be Good in technology transfer and client coordination. Key Role: Research & Development Skin Care, Cosmetics, Oral Care, Color Cosmetics Key Duties: Develop and deliver formulations to meet the customer brief, researching new trends, ingredients and technologies and incorporating these into NPD projects Manage the formula development from concept to launch, right through to production Liaise with other member of the team e.g. Sales, Production, Management etc. to ensure smooth running of the projects Conduct testing on products including stability, pH, viscosity etc. Organize testing and maintain accurate records Carry out COSHH assessments Key Requirements: Scientific degree in a related field e.g. Cosmetic Science, Chemistry or similar Experience working on cosmetic product formulations e.g. skin care, body hair or hair care Able to develop formulas from concept to launch, following the NPD process Knowledge of Cosmetic Regulations e.g. CLP Great organizational skills Confident, driven and enthusiastic About Company We are one of the leading private label manufacturer for Skin Care Cosmetics Products, third party manufacturer of Personal Care Products in Ahmedabad, India.,
