Manpower planning and ensure Manpower Availability. 2. Shift In-charge. 3. Maintain good relationship with operator and create harmonious situation in the workplace. 4. Responsible Rework and Process Rejection reduction and taking effective countermeasures. 5. Daily Production Planning and interact & review the short- and long-term planning. 6. Ensure safety practices and safety devices. 7. Production concepts in Assembly process for Cycle time reduction and OEE improvement. 8. Co-ordination with peer group regarding the line issue for problem resolution. 9. Update the daily production Dash board and review with relevant members for action. 10. Follow-up daily production output and validates all the rejection reports & Rework records. 11. TPM activities and implementation experience would be added advantage. 12. Motivate and Encourage workmen for improvement. KPIs (Measurable parameters of the role) & Dimensions (What is the span of the role) Productivity improvement Rework and Process Rejection reduction Achieve internal process rejection PPM OEE improvement Ensure no major accident Motivate and Encourage workmen for improvement Staff reporting: Direct Reports: Shift Incharge Knowledge (Technical / Functional): Welding Process Yaskawa Robot teaching MS-Office Skills Manpower handling skill Communication Sill Presentation Skill Qualifications BE (Mech.)
