Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in payment systems, testing, and governance to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of domestic and international payment processes, testing activities, and stakeholder coordination, with a focus on ensuring high-quality deliverables.


Key Responsibilities

  • Payments Systems Expertise:
    • Provide functional knowledge of CB UAE Payments & Clearing systems and flows.
    • Handle domestic and international payments with hands-on expertise.
    • Work with NPSS, PACs messages, MT to MX message conversion, and payment domains such as NEFT, RTGS, UPI, and UAE payments.
  • Testing Proficiency:
    • Conduct mobile device testing, QR code testing, and Merchant POS terminal machine testing.
    • Perform FIGMA flow verification testing, UI/UX testing, and ensure adherence to TCoE standards.
    • Govern and monitor testing activities to ensure adherence to scope, timelines, and quality.
  • Stakeholder Coordination:
    • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders and vendors for defect fixes and deliverables.
    • Manage team communication via tools like JIRA, email, and MS Teams.
    • Participate in DSM (Daily Scrum Meetings), defect triage meetings, and resolve blockers.
  • Documentation and Reporting:
    • Prepare comprehensive testing-related documentation, including DSR (Daily Status Reports) and WSR (Weekly Status Reports).
    • Ensure testing activities align with governance requirements and secure necessary sign-offs.
  • Team Leadership & Governance:
    • Oversee and support the testing team, addressing concerns and monitoring activities.
    • Arrange prerequisites, highlight challenges, and ensure the execution plan stays on track.
    • Provide updates to TCoE management and adhere to UAE time zones and holiday calendars.
  • Strong knowledge of payment systems and processes.
  • Proficient in testing methodologies, tools, and standards.
  • Effective team handling and stakeholder coordination abilities.
  • Expertise in JIRA management, reporting, and governance.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
