Job Description

Managing the Direct Tax Compliances, Representation and Advisory Function:

1. Managing Direct Tax & FEMA Compliances

2. Drafting replies with respect to assessment & Appellate proceedings

3. To appear before authorities for representation

4. Preparing opinions on various Income-tax & FEMA matters

5. Undertaking Transfer Pricing Studies and Audits

6. Delivering a full range of tax services in compliance with laws and regulations within timeframe.

7. Providing consultancy on TDS applicability and withholding tax implications on overseas payments made by Indian entities after analyzing treaty benefits.

8. Issuance of Forms and Certificates as required under Direct Tax Laws
Desired profile of the candidate

Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Excellent documentation, communication and IT skills

Good Knowledge of Income Tax Law & Operational Knowledge of FEMA

Good Drafting Skills

Knowledge of Transfer pricing regulation
