Dear Candidates,

We have urgent opening for the position of Technical Sales Engineer in leading manufacturing company (Induction Motor) for Visakhapatnam & Bangalore location.

Designation: Assistant Manager/ Deputy Manager

Profile: Technical Sales Engineer

Location: Visakhapatnam & Bangalore

Note: only Induction motor experience candidates will consider.

Responsibilities:-

•        Nurture and gain share of business with existing clients by way of ensuring prompt response and meeting all the deliverables from BBL side.         
•        Formulate a sales plan and its execution for assigned key OEM accounts in collaboration with the Group Heads.                    
•        Develop a pursuit plan for the targeted new OEM customers based on an understanding of client specific needs arrived through clients specific research and interaction.
•        Monitor and discuss achievement of plans on a monthly basis with Group Head.
•        Provide training to key people at OEM place for better understanding and coordination to serve OEMs client better
•        Ensure timely collections and recoveries from clients as per contract specifications.
•        Ensure prompt pre sales, post order and post sales support to all OEM accounts.
•        Keep abreast with developments in the industry in terms of emerging trends, competitor information, market share and project execution capabilities; identify new areas and potential clients to drive business growth.
•        Drive marketing activities in the area through conducting seminars, educating customers.
•        Drive marketing activities in the region through conducting seminars.
