- Exposure to overseas clients (or overseas working)
- Excellent Communication (weak language is okay but ability to listen/ understand/ and explain ideas need to be above par)

Project Responsibilities
- Enable team to follow agile in spirit and not just go through the motions of meetings and deliverables.
- Be a first-class citizen in a high-performance software development team.
- Be involved in the complete software development cycle.
- Understand requirements and facilitate the team to deliver the technical solutions
- Enable the team and ensure software / Code delivered is as per specifications and requirements provided.
- Take quality ownership for all that you have delivered.
