Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage a team of testers to deliver high-quality results within tight timelines.
  
• Develop comprehensive test plans, strategies, and scripts for complex projects.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify requirements and ensure successful project delivery.
  
• Analyze data from multiple sources to provide actionable insights for business decisions.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 8-13 years of experience in trade finance domain with expertise in Eximbills.
• Must have handel QA tester team.
  
• Strong understanding of banking industry practices and regulations.
  
• Proven track record of managing large-scale projects with multiple stakeholders.
  
• Proficiency in using various software applications related to trade finance operations (e.g., SWIFT).
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively across different cultures.
