Job Description: Product Manager / Technical Project Manager
Responsibilities:
-Should have hands on experience on handling software project management delivering projects of 10+ FTE team size for a minimum of 6 years in software product development solutions company . ----Overall experience of 12+ years of experience
-Have a strong orientation to digital technology projects (mobile, Java,.NET,Cloud) and ability to understand and articulate customers business challenges . They should have been involved in development projects and not only support / maintenance / Testing background.
-Should have experience in estimation, planning and tracking of software development projects.
-They should be well versed with Agile methodology and conversant with devops Methodology. (Jenkins, CI/CD tools,GIT,JIRA or equivalent)
-Should have Hands on experience in project metrics and have ability in establishing,monitoring and controlling project measurements and control
-Exposure to Digital transformation domain is preferable
-Exposure to new age technologies like ML, AI / Chatbots, Analytics will be added advantage.
-Minimum 5 Years of experience in End to End Project Management.
-Should have worked & handled multi level projects.
-Should be good in Scrum, Jira, Agile & Swagger tool.
-Should have worked on Digital, Mobile or Web Platforms.
-Should be strong in gathering data analytics.
-Good to have full stack development experience (database & Api creation)
-Scope project requirements and prepare budget
-Collaborate with internal teams to design, develop and implement digital projects
-Deliver projects on time ensuring quality standards are met
-Drive the requirements for the Product and act as the Product Owner
-Monitor and report on the stakeholders on weekly, monthly basis
-Communicate with the team and ensure all members are on board with delegated tasks
-Highlight potential risks or malfunctions and act proactively to resolve issues
-Ensure resource availability and allocation
-Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
-Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
-Report and escalate to management as needed
-Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
-Perform risk management to minimize project risks
-Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
-Support in pre-sale activities coming up with proposals
Required Skills and Experience:
-Great educational background, preferably in the fields of computer science or engineering
-Proven working experience as a project / product manager in the information technology sector
-Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
-Experienced in application software development and able to address the various needs, concerns, and expectations of the stakeholders from different geographies in planning and executing projects.
-Posses a balance of technical, interpersonal, and conceptual skills that helps in analyze situations and decision making.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
-Provide leadership to the team by keeping the team members motivated, resolving conflicts and making hard decisions for the team members
-Control the project budget and maintain profitability
-Excellent judgment, decision making skills, and the ability to deliver in short tenures.
-Demonstrated ability to drive multiple projects with efficient collaboration and leadership
-Experience in estimations skills and techniques.
Desired Skills and Experience:
-Exposure to Mobility applications, web application
-Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development
