- 70% chat, 30% calling
- Day shifts, 6 days a week, with 1 rotational work-off
- Qualification: HSC with 6 months experience (documents mandatory) or graduate freshers
- Salary: 14.9k in-hand
- Languages: English + Hindi
- Excellent communication skills required
- Work from office
