Good knowledge of SOAP services. How to maintain old and newer service endpoints as most of the applications overseas still use SOAP services.
Good knowledge of application design and structure best practices overall and practices used in the applications already to keep it in line not to cause issues.

Server environment management

Python
Good knowledge of CI/CD pipelines especially Jenkins
Advanced knowledge in application development lifetime Feature creation in JIRA. Branch and git management. Code reviews and PR creation with tags when needed.
Advanced skills in problem solving and independent work as most of our features and development tasks as well as maintenance is independently worked on per developer.
Good knowledge in an international team and multilingual codebase (most application contains Finnish, Swedish and English)
Good knowledge of log management.
