Job Description

Job Purpose Manage all Accounting ,Commercial and certification requirements of Wool Business Job Context Receivable management and aging reports Reconciliation of customer accounts. Sales Order Creation in SAP & Generation of Proforma Invoice. Process of commission agreement and account of Business Associates. Preparation of Credit Note/Debit Note. Consignment sales accounting. TDS follow up Misc adminisatration jobs Major Challenges Accounting reconciliation is biggest challenge. Need to reconcile and find out the gaps and communicate to customer/Agents. Prompt response to customer/Agent for commercial related query.,
