Job Description
Process : Lead Generation
Shift Timings : 10 am to 7 pm
Week off : 1 Sunday / Rotational week off
Qualification : HSC && Graduate
Languages known : English, Hindi, Malayalam
Key Skills required : Excellent communication skills , Soft calling, Customer Handling,
Pressure Handling, Target oriented.
Experience : Minimum 6 months in Telecalling [ BPO] also Fresher can apply
Job role :
Handling Customers.
Generating Leads of interested customers.
Taking follow ups of the customers from time to time.
Maintaining Data && reporting to the assigned seniors.
