Job Description:
- Support CLM Delivery lead and Near shore project manager with additional support needed to ensure AbbVie processes and standards are adopted all round
- Create a directory of commonly asked questions and related steps to follow guide
- Create development guideline documents for the process and maintain the same with directions from Support CLM Delivery lead and Near shore project manager
- Address all DQA tickets raised for following issues by the agencies & client partners onboarded onto AbbVie VIA & DQA process:
- Final deployment issues
- REV environment deployment issues
- Automation loading issues and related trouble shooting
- Queries from agencies ranging from process to other DQA aspects (More details will be added here but this should not go beyond Tickets responses activity)
Desired Profile:
- 6-7 years of work experience.
- Willingness to work US hours
- Good communication skills
- Good work attitude
