Role & responsibilities
As a Software Engineering - Developer at Kyndryl, you will be at the forefront of designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge software solutions. Required Technical and Professional Experience
- 8+ Years of Experience in Streaming based implementation with Confluent Kafka (Producer, Consumers, Topics, Scheme Registry, Broker Zoo Keeper/Kraft)
- Proficient Understanding in Kafka Architecture Overview
- Understand and assist with the design, architecture and development of Kafka infra
- Experience in Event Driven Architecture (Best Practices, Standards, Patterns)
- Experience in Event Router implementation (Data Routing) on Streaming
- Knowledge on Event Catalogue/Portal
- Experience in integration with Event Registry using (Jason/Avro)
- Experience or proficient Knowledge on Async API with Jason/Avro
- Implementation experience using KSQL
- Experience on pipeline implementation on Azure
- Cloud based experience on Azure is additional plus
- Managed Kafka based cluster environment
- Operational experience on handling and troubleshooting issues related to Event driven architecture
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
- Handle and coordinate Incident/Events for ESB platform in Non-production and Prod environment.
- Experience in co-ordinate between Stake holding teams during incidents on ESB Services
- Candidate should be aware of different integration protocols e.g. (MQ, File, SOAP, HTTP, TCPIP, REST) supported by IIB/ACE and should have experience on these
- Candidate must be able to create message flows in IIB/ACE using different nodes e.g. (MQ, SOAP, HTTP, Transform, File, Routing, Aggregate, Timer Nodes)
- Candidate should be able to implement SOAP web services and REST APIs using IIB/ACE
- Basic knowledge on the DataPower and routing file implementation
- Trouble shoot issues using monitoring tools like Splunk/AppDynamics
- Experience in working as RUN/Ops focal on side with multiple development and platform teams.
- Should be able to actively participate or handle the meetings along with Release/Dev/ stake holding teams.
- Experience in reviewing and approving the changes for application and platform Non-Prod Environment
