Job Description

Gather and facilitate business process discussions, solution design and documentation, configuration, test, and end-user support Provide inputs in promoting and implementing best-practice solutions (business processes and SAP functionality); proactively address problems and troubleshoot Project issues Provides technical direction in the analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, maintenance, and enhancement of large-scale, enterprise applications projects. Part of SAP IT Order to Cash team, accountable to achieve exceptional service and support of SAP OTC functions including root cause identification and solution recommendation Responsible for working with our SAP IT Development team, you will be key in the determination of the Release Management, to plan, implement, and test new releases into our production systems environment Work closely with our operations teammates and business partners to fully understand the user functionality, pain points, and areas of improvement within our applications Drive, assist, or help with the delivery of special projects and small enhancements and assist in reviewing and improving policies and procedures Service Contract in the CS module is part of the OTC and must be part of your general knowledge Participate to Web & E-procurement deployment Review statistics, validate or challenge the way things have always been done and identify areas for process and/or support tool improvements and efficiencies 5+ years of related experience required with SAP modules. Good to have ABAP skills for debugging and troubleshooting Basic FI-MM-SD integration knowledge Basic understanding of SAP authorizations Proven ability to communicate effectively with a varied and global client base Excellent problem-solving ability and attention to detail Strong analytical skills Sound knowledge and working experience in SAP Sales and Distribution Modules Strong ability in MS Office applications such as MS Excel Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
