Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Design and Validation

• Engage with clients, Sales team , COEs, and other stakeholders to gather and understand detailed requirements for cloud solutions.
• Design high-level solution architectures that align with client needs, regulatory requirements, and company standards.
• Act as the primary authority on solution validation, ensuring all solutions meet business objectives before handoff to the project engineering team.

Stakeholder Collaboration and Requirement Gathering

• Serve as a liaison between clients, COEs, and the technical teams to ensure solutions are consistent and aligned with broader objectives.
• Conduct client discovery sessions to capture business objectives and translate them into technical requirements.
• Maintain ongoing communication with stakeholders.

Standardization and Documentation

• Define and document solution standards, processes, and best practices, ensuring consistent solution architecture across all projects.
• Collaborate with internal teams to establish standardized solution frameworks and validate that they meet company and industry standards.
• Create and maintain detailed solution documentation to facilitate knowledge sharing and streamline project execution.

Cloud Solution Sign-Off

• Review and approve cloud solutions, ensuring alignment with solutioning standards and business requirements.
• Act as the final authority in the solutioning process, authorizing solutions for implementation across the projects.
• Provide guidance and oversight to ensure solutions are scalable, resilient, and adaptable to changing business needs.

Client Engagement and Strategic Influence

• Effectively communicate and present solution designs to clients, clearly articulating value propositions and alignment with their business goals.
• Influence client decision-making by presenting solutions that address both immediate requirements and future scalability.
• Engage with stakeholders to shape and define solution evaluation criteria and lead discussions on strategic solution direction.

Continuous Improvement and Innovation

• Identify opportunities to enhance solution architecture processes working with Product engineering teams.
• Contribute to the refinement of solution frameworks, processes, and methodologies for greater efficiency and alignment with business needs.
• Foster a culture of collaboration and knowledge-sharing within the solutioning team and across the organization.
