Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Outbound Calling: Make 200-250 calls per day to prospective customers.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential buyers who are actively looking for properties.
- Customer Engagement: Understand customer requirements and provide relevant property recommendations.
- Data Management: Maintain an accurate record of customer interactions and update leads in the CRM system.
- Follow-ups: Regularly follow up with potential buyers to nurture leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to enhance lead conversion.
Preferred candidate profile
- Experience: 1-4 years in telesales, presales, or customer service (freshers with good communication skills are welcome
- Education: Any graduate or equivalent qualification.
Skills:
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to handle high-volume calls and engage customers effectively.
- Basic knowledge of real estate trends is a plus.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office is an advantage.
