Job Description
Job Title: Cloud Engineer Kubernetes Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage containerized applications using Rancher or Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE).
- Transition existing Docker containers to a Kubernetes-managed environment.
- Ensure system scalability, high availability, and fault tolerance.
- Configure Kubernetes clusters, namespaces, services, and networking.
- Monitor and optimize cluster performance and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with development and testing teams to ensure seamless deployment and integration of applications.
Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes (Rancher K8S or Google GKE preferred).
- Strong expertise in containerization technologies like Docker.
- Proficient in cloud infrastructure design and management, especially with GCP or Rancher.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, Helm).
- Familiarity with monitoring tools like Dynatrace and Splunk.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
