Job Description
As a Technical Lead Full Stack .NET , you will be part of agile team to build healthcare applications and implement new features while adhering to the best coding development standards. Your key responsibilities include:
- Working within a globally diverse team across different time zones.
- Understanding Sprint requirements and participating in sprint planning.
- Driving assigned tasks based on the direction given by your project lead.
- Ensuring complete adherence to defined architecture and design.
- Making sure that the written code follows all the coding and security standards.
- Performing unit testing to achieve 80% of code coverage.
- Preparing or modifying low-level design document, impact analysis document based on requirement changes.
- Following all SCRUM rituals and delivering against all planned activities.
- Participating in / leading design whiteboarding and creation of solution architecture.
- Performing code reviews for junior developers andensuring coding standards have been followed.
- Actively participating in customer calls and effectivelycommunicating technical expectations to junior developers
- Co-ordinating with business analysts to make sure thatsprint backlogs are updated.
Education
- Engineering Degree - BE / BTech / BCS
- Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable.
Mandatory Skills
.NET Application Development (C#)
- Lists, Generics, Memory Management, TPL Libraries
- LINQ ORM Frameworks (EF/Dapper etc.)
- Parallel programming using TPL frameworks.
- OOPS and SOLID principles
- Design Patters and experience in working with layered architecture
- Unit testing (NUnit/ xUnit with MOQ / Rhino Mocks, etc.) .
NET Web Applications
- RESTful architectures, JSON data exchange formats
- .NET Web API 2.0 development framework

Authentication frameworks (JWT, OAuth)
Database
- Understanding of SQL databases (Stored Procedures, View, etc.)
Web Designing
- HTML 5 and CSS 3 basics
- Client-side framework -
- Experience in Angular 2+ development with understanding of Angular CLI, Components, Directives, Routing, Observables using RxJS
- Client side unit testing framework like Jasmine , Karma
Microservices
- Experience on working with NoSQL database such as Cosmos DB.
- Experience of Dockers and containerization concepts
- Knowledge of Kubernetes architecture (Nodes, Gateways, Services & Pods, Orchestration concepts)
- Messaging Group - Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.
DevOps
- CI/CD using Jenkins and GitHub or similar .
Desired Skills
- Solving performance issues or memory management
- Cache management, Authentication API, loggingimplementation
- Microservice Deployment using Kubernetes + Docker.
- Serverless deployments using AWS Lambda, Azure Functions
- UI - Angular material and theming or familiarization withother Third-Party UI Control libraries
- UI - Micro-frontend development
- Cloud / DevOps - Developing and hosting Cloud-basedsolutions using Amazon/AWS.
- Prior experience of working with healthcare applicationswill be an added advantage.
