Job Description

The Business Analyst will be a hands-on role in a dynamic team critical to the success of our Payments product
- Will be responsible for translating product strategy and market requirements into detailed solutions design and prepare the corresponding artifacts
- Will be involved in the payments product team and interact with various stakeholders such as Product Managers, Development, Quality Assurance, Support teams and implementation project teams to understand requirements, execute solution, document and support
- Analyze Business Requirement s covering end to end features of Clearings (existing & new), SWIFT (for international payments), R2P and other functionality in Payments domain.
- Produce Product Functional Solution Design documents enhancing an existing product and/or to develop a new product / solution, to satisfy the Business requirements.
- Engage with clients and other internal stakeholders to walk-through the functional specifications and get them signed off
- Walk-through Functional Specification documents to Development/Testing teams to develop the software
- Perform User Acceptance testing of product features and enhancements
- Produce User Documentation including user guides, how to guides, system configuration documents business process workflows, etc
Support maintenance team to resolve client defects
- BE/BTec/MBA candidates with 2-5 years experience in Payments domain in software companies/banks
- Possess good understanding of payment message formats, mapping
- Exposure to ISO20022/Any R2P Scheme/Local Clearings in any country are added advantages
