Job Description :

Client Acquisition :

• Identify and target new small and medium- sized business ( SMEs) To expand the customer base.

• Generate leads through research networking and cold calling efforts.

• Doing BTL activities like canopy activates in office complex to generate leads.

Relationship Management :

• Build and maintain strong relation with SME clients to understand their needs and business goals. and also conduct regular follow-ups

• check -ins to ensure long terms client satisfaction
