About the Role:
The individual shall be responsible for handholding the customer by providing prompt and effective solutions to customer issues and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Experience in customer support for 2-3 years is required
Handholding the customer by providing prompt and effective solutions to customer issues and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Understanding customer queries and resolution.
Having a good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and PPT).
Have strong verbal and written communication skills.
Be attentive to details.
Knowledge of Sales Force CRM, Freshdesk ticketing, Sales Force is an added advantage.
What do you need to succeed?
Experience- 2-3 yrs overall experience in customer support
The individual should have completed graduation.
Experience/knowledge in Banking and NBFC product is a plus.
Key skills:
Communication both written and verbal
Fluency in English, Hindi. Fluency in Malayalam, Tamil is a plus
Lending or finance knowledge
