Key Responsibilities:
Define and execute our HR workstream implementation strategy.
Strategize and lead HR analysts for Talent Management,
Rewards/Recognitions/Benefits, Learning and Development, EXPAT Strategy,
and HR Analytics.
Design and implement the Day 1 experience for new hires, ensuring a smooth
and engaging onboarding process.
Develop and implement a comprehensive compensation structure and benefits
package tailored for our GCC talent.
Design and implement culture-specific and technical training and onboarding
programs for our GCC talent, ensuring alignment with our organizational goals
and values.
Implement technical HR solutions, including HRIS and LMS, ensuring alignment
with our global systems.
Serve as the lead strategist for Talent Management, Succession Planning, and
Performance Management.
Qualifications:
Extensive experience in HR strategy and implementation.
Proven track record in leading HR analysts and managing various HR domains.
Expertise in designing and implementing compensation structures and benefits
packages.
Strong knowledge of HRIS and LMS systems.
Excellent leadership and strategic planning skills.
Ability to design and implement culture-specific training and onboarding
programs.
