Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR Policies and Procedures.
- Manage recruitment and retention process.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws.
- Maintaining employee records.
- Provide guidance to management on HR issues.
- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary issues.
- Develop and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- Ensure that all HR activities align with the hospital's goals and objectives.
- Responsible for staff recruitments, annual appraisal, monitoring staff timings, unauthorized adsenteeism, issuing Show Cause Notice, conducting enquiry, submission of all statutory returns like EPF , ESIC and Labour Department or nay otheer etc.
Preferred candidate profile
- Preferably Female from Hospital Background.
- Must have min. 6 years of experience in Hospital as HR / Senior HR / HR Generalist.
- Candidate should be immediate joinee.
